If you're not happy with your Scrub Reach purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We'll email you a return label.
Condition of returned items
Returns are accepted in used condition — this is a hygiene product and we don't expect it back mint. Replacement heads and unopened accessories must be returned in original packaging when possible.
How to start a return

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement — no return required.
